Born in Narromine New South Wales, M.G. Johnson grew up in Melbourne, and was an administrator for thirty years in the field of visual arts and crafts. She was CEO of various organizations and later a self-employed consultant. As a young child, making up simple stories, she discovered a love of writing. Throughout the years of employment, the writing urge was exercised on work-related material, until retirement allowed her to address a life-long ambition to write fiction.

Her published novels are described under the ‘Books’ tab and further novels are in preparation for publication. She lives in Melbourne to spend time with daughters and grandchildren, and regularly travels in Spain and outback Australia.
